Under the terms of the agreement, National-Spencer will be responsible for the sales and support of MTN's product line of specialty hand pumps. The pumps are primarily used to dispense chemicals and other specialty fluids in the industrial, agri-business, automotive, and chemical industries.

National-Spencer has developed a reputation for outstanding service and product support and offers a 2-year warranty on all items from the date of purchase by the end user.

New President and Chief Operating Officer - Harold R. (Rick) England

National-Spencer, Inc., a Wichita, KS based manufacturer, importer, and distributor of lubrication equipment for the petroleum equipment, automotive, agricultural, and industrial markets is pleased to announce the election of Harold R. (Rick) England as President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. England was elected at the annual meeting of the Board of Directors of National-Spencer, Inc. on January 26, 2006 in Nashville, TN.

Mr. England has served as Vice President of the Company since 1998 and is primarily responsible for the Company's significant improvement in the breadth and overall quality of its product lines.

Prior to joining National-Spencer, he served in various upper management positions within the photo processing industry. He also has extensive experience in the oil refinery manufacturing industry.

As President, Mr. England is responsible for the Company's manufacturing, distribution, product development, marketing, and sales activities. He succeeds and will report to Sam L. Goode who was elected Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

New Zee Line Portable Oil Dispensing System

The new Zee Line Model 5265 Portable Oil Dispensing System from National-Spencer, Inc. is ideal for dispensing oils in virtually any environment; including workshops, farms, industrial plants, automobile service, fleet maintenance and more. The Zee Line Model 5265 Portable Oil Dispensing System features a 17-gallon wheel-mounted tank, a loading funnel with antisplash rim for clean and easy fills, a 3:1 ratio pump dispensing 3.7 gallons per minute, a 13-foot-long delivery hose, and a digital meter for dispensing in quarts.

New N-S Diamond Selection RAASM Waste Oil Drain

The new RAASM Model 1235 Waste Oil Drain, part of the National-Spencer Diamond Selection, quickly and easily stores and transfers fluids from engines, gear boxes and differentials. The new waste oil drain features a large 22 inch telescoping funnel, which adjusts from 50 to 70 inches in height for easy reach in difficult places. The waste oil drain offers a tank capacity of 17 gallons, is wheel mounted for portability, and features a level gauge, antisplash screen/filter and a convenient removable tool tray. The new N-S Diamond Selection/RAASM products are manufactured in Italy by RAASM S.p.A., covered by a 5-year warranty, and noted for quality, versatility and ease of use.

Zee Line Air Vacuum Pump From National-Spencer

National-Spencer, Inc. offers the Zee Line Air Vacuum Pump for use in such applications as cleaning pits at service stations, emptying engine and gear oil at marinas, cleaning machinery for metalworking, and cleaning dry dust from conveyor belts. The pump moves high volume quickly, and no moving parts contact the material being moved.

The Model 1785 Air Vacuum Pump features a 1/4" air connection and a 1" suction inlet. The pump can be used with a variety of fluids including engine oil, gear oil, and ATF, and can also be used for solid particles up to 3/4 inch.
 
Included with the Air Vacuum Pump is a 2" bung adapter, suction hose and air connection kit. The pump operates with a pressure of 60 psi, and features automatic shutdown when the receiving container (not included) is full.

New Zee Line Universal Drum Wrench From National-Spencer

National-Spencer, Inc. introduces the new Zee Line Universal Drum Wrench for use on both metal and plastic drums. The powder-coated steel construction and spoke design allows more torque and easier opening of tough drums, minimizing hand injuries while opening the most popular caps, bungs, and container plugs.

New N-S Diamond Selection RAASM Oil Pumps

National-Spencer, Inc. introduces a new series of oil pumps under its Diamond Selection brand name. The pumps, manufactured in Italy by RAASM, quickly and quietly dispense oils from 55 gallon drums. The user may also select a stub style pump for use with other container sizes.

Air operated pumps are available in 1:1 (Model 1735R), 3:1 (Models 1700R and 1702R), and 5:1 (Models 1730R and 1745) ratios for use in a variety of applications. All pumps include an air filter with automatic water drain and a 2 inch NPT drum adapter.

A heavy-duty double action manual pump (Models 1208 and 1209) dispenses 4 ounces of fluid per stroke and features an adjustable lever for a range of viscosities. Both manual pumps include a drum cover, 5 foot length of output hose, and a drum dolly. Model 1208 also includes a pint meter.
